Alexis is a Learning Designer at the CTL who is passionate about building digital experiences for inclusive and personalized learning. She is dedicated to reshaping education in innovative ways while fostering equitable learning environments.
Alexis has a background in instructional design, language education, and learning technologies. Prior to joining the CTL, she worked at Harvard’s Teaching and Learning Lab to redesign Master’s level courses using student-centered principles. Alexis received her M.Ed from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she focused on user needs to improve digital tools for teaching and learning. As an educator, Alexis taught French at the Toronto District School Board. During this time, her work was at the intersection of curriculum development, accessible classrooms, blended learning, and technology integration.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys fitness, road trips, supporting AAPI initiatives, searching for the next best gelato shop, and breaking bread with loved ones.
