How do I create a STEM learning community in which all my students can feel they belong? What steps can I take to make my Science and Engineering course more inclusive? In this session, STEM faculty will learn about 5 inclusive teaching principles they can apply to their courses.

Anti-Racist Pedagogy in Action: First Steps
Do you want to transform your pedagogy, and impact teaching and learning at Columbia? Join the CTL and your Columbia colleagues for this 90-minute introductory session. Participants will be introduced to anti-racist pedagogy as a framework for teaching and learning, connect this framework to their own teaching contexts, participate in a communal reflective practice around anti-racist pedagogies, and engage in conversations their colleagues.
