Manage final assessments and grading
The CTL offers resources on assessing student learning that you can access on demand, including:

- Incorporating Rubrics Into Your Feedback and Grading

Take care of yourself while supporting your students
The end of the semester can be a stressful time for your and your students. Consider sharing well-being resources with your students, and know who to contact when you are concerned about a student—the Columbia Blue Folder provides the tools to identify, address, and refer students appropriately. The CTL’s Teaching in Times of Stress and Challenge also has a list of resources that you can connect with.
